Order Cancellation by Customer for PrestaShop
PrestaShop Customer Order Cancellation
Allow customers to submit order cancellation requests directly from their account.
After installation, a new Cancel Order button becomes available on eligible orders in the customer account. When the customer clicks the button, a modal window opens where they can:
- Specify the reason for the cancellation request.
- Submit the request for review.
Automatic and Manual Processing
The module supports two processing modes:
Automatic Mode
Cancellation requests are processed automatically. The order status is updated to the configured cancellation status and the order can be cancelled without administrator intervention.
Manual Review Mode
Cancellation requests are sent to the administration panel for review. Store administrators can examine each request and decide whether to approve or reject it.
Customer Features
- Cancel orders directly from the customer account.

Administration Features
After installation, a new menu item is added to the PrestaShop Back Office.
Administrators can:
