Multi-warehouse manager for PrestaShop

The Multi-Warehouse Management module brings advanced inventory management to PrestaShop 9. It allows you to create an unlimited number of warehouses, distribute stock between them, and keep a complete history of all inventory movements.

To support different business models, the module provides three warehouse types:

Warehouse - A central storage location used for inventory, local pickup, and courier deliveries, whether within a city or nationwide.
Physical Store - A retail location where customers can collect orders. Each store maintains its own stock levels.
Virtual Warehouse - Designed for dropshipping or virtual inventory management. Stock can be assigned to cities without requiring a physical address, for example: London - 25 items, Paris - 8 items.

This flexible approach makes the module suitable for almost any business. Some merchants manage stock only in retail stores, others operate from a central warehouse, while many rely on dropshipping. The module also supports businesses that combine all three warehouse types.

Flexible Delivery Management

Each warehouse can be assigned its own shipping methods. During checkout, customers will only see the delivery options available for the warehouse that has the requested product in stock.

If an item is unavailable in a warehouse, its associated shipping methods are automatically hidden. This prevents customers from selecting delivery options that cannot be fulfilled.

For virtual warehouses, you can define the cities they serve. Customers will then only be offered the shipping methods assigned to the warehouse responsible for their selected city.

Warehouses can also be linked to the store locations created in PrestaShop, allowing you to use the platform's built-in store addresses as pickup points without creating them twice.

Modern Architecture

The module has been developed with a minimal number of core overrides and follows the recommended development practices for PrestaShop. All stock updates are performed using the platform's native inventory functions while remaining synchronized with the standard PrestaShop stock system.

The module itself serves as the single source of truth for inventory allocation across warehouses, ensuring accurate stock tracking at all times.

Every inventory movement is automatically recorded. A dedicated history page allows you to review all stock transactions, apply filters, and analyze inventory changes over any selected period.

Each product page also includes a dedicated tab displaying stock availability across all warehouses, making inventory management simple and transparent.

Important: This module is designed exclusively for PrestaShop 9.0 and later. Earlier versions have not been tested or supported. This decision allows us to leverage the latest platform features, modern development standards, and a clean architecture without compromises.
